Opportunity

We are offering the opportunity to join a 12-week graduate training program to prepare you for future career growth potential and performance within Korn Ferry Futurestep. This program will help you develop core competencies in recruitment and expand overall foundational business skills in the recruitment space through our Korn Ferry Futurestep learning curriculum, best-practices and resources.

We will provide you with short term and long term career opportunities with the firm in the areas of research and sourcing innovation, and recruitment consulting.

There are a limited number of openings available for this program, so don't miss out on the opportunity to be considered.

 

Experience & Attitude

A recent university graduate (BA or MA) in Business Management, Human Resources or Liberal Arts. You are intelligent, driven and hungry to learn. Your problem solving skills are second to none. You are energetic, positive, and believe than anything is possible through hard work and creative thinking. You are a clear and confident communicator in both Putonghua and English, and able to work within a cohesive team environment.  With your high level of accountability and flexibility you will love the challenges that recruitment presents.

 

·        Demonstrated community and extracurricular activities

·        Strong academic results

·        Open mind - willingness to try new ideas and ways of working

·        Exceptionally strong technology and social media skills

·        Phone-based work experience is a plus

·        Native level Putonghua with business level English

·        Strong time management and prioritization skills
