a. Regular update of LED portal
b. Upload launch materials (MIP) deck in portal for all new product launches
2. Application guides for product launch for each launch
a. Work with product managers to generate application guide for each new launch
b. Connect with regional product managers to localize and modify based on regional needs.
3. Commercial samples
a. PO requisition
b. Send products to all countries at time of launch
c. Sample PO tracking
4. Demo Kits
a. Work with product managers/agency to build demo kits/units
b. Also make demo kits when necessary including customer visits, Philips internal stakeholders visit
5. Customer visits logistics
a. Support administrative logistics preparation for customers visiting
b. Make posters when necessary
6. Product photography of new product launches
7. Product brochures
a. Quarterly launch of product brochures
b. Make marketing collaterals of key spearhead.
8. Data management and PLM support
9. Administrative support to Global Product Management Team
