Test Engineer - ProdOps - Shanghai – Bachelor

Product Operations (ProdOps) - Enables and accelerates innovation to create an unrivaled customer experience & competitive advantage for Cisco through end to end operations leadership and Product Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities:
As a Test Development Engineer, you will have below responsibilities:

? Work as part of the product team to support new switching product test development and provide sustaining test support throughout the product life cycle. 

? Understand switching product requirements to develop test strategy, plans, analysis, and processes to meet quality, reliability and cost goals. 

? Gain in depth system hardware knowledge to influence test strategy and/or DfX (Design for Test/Manufacturing/Reliability) changes. 

? Opportunity to do lab bring-up/debug for products and components and design lab experiments to do root cause analysis; gain experience in test and measurement equipment including High End Oscilloscope, Logic analyzer, traffic generators. 

? Opportunity to learn about test for high-speed system hardware, e.g. CPU, IO, Industry Standard busses, DDRx memories. 

Eligibility Criteria:

? Desired Degree: Bachelor’s candidate.。 

? Desired Major: Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent. Candidates with strong hardware design knowledge preferred. 

? Software Engineering, Telecommunication/Networking and Optical knowledge will be an added advantage. 

? Language ability: minimum CET-4, CET-6 preferred.

? Outstanding self-learning capability. 

? Strong communication skills.

? Team player.

测试工程师 – 产品运营部 – 上海 – 本科

产品运营部 - 通过端到端业务领导和产品生命周期管理确保加速创新，为思科创建无与伦比的客户体验和竞争优势

岗位职责

作为测试工程师，你讲承担下列责任：

? 作为产品运营团队的一员，为IP交换机新产品以及已经量产的产品提供生产测试方案和相关的技术支持。

? 在理解IP交换机产品的基础上，制定测试方案和计划，并主导测试流程分析和执行，确保产品达到质量、可靠性、和成本控制目标。

? 通过学习，获得交换机产品硬件知识，对产品可制造性提出建议。

? 在实验室环境中参与硬件调试和失效分析，学习和掌握使用高端示波器、逻辑分析仪、以及网络测试设备。 

? 学习并掌握和高速微处理器、存储元件、输入输出、以及工业标准总线等相关的生产测试手段。

岗位资质要求：

? 学位要求：应届本科毕业生。 

? 专业要求：电子工程、电气工程、工业自动化、计算机工程、电信工程或紧密相关专业。优先考虑具有较强硬件设计知识的候选人。

? 软件工程、网络通讯、光通讯等相关知识和经验将会是额外的优势。 

? 最低要求大学英语4级，大学英语6级优先
