One of the top leading Venture Capital investment funds in North Asia is looking to recruit 2-3 internship candidate in their Shanghai office.

 

Job Description:

-         Online research;

-         Organize market/industry analysis,

-         Implement and develop project-related documents

-         Involved in the follow-up and management work after investment, and provide professional services to the portfolio companies

 

Requirement

 

-         Familiar with the Chinese private equity market,

-         Have expertise in investment, legal, or consulting business, familiar with mergers and acquisitions, capital operation and listing preparations, etc.

-         Capable of developing project resources, implementing the project, with a fast learning ability, professional investment analysis and decision-making ability, and good interpersonal communication skills

-         Graduated from Top ranking Universities in China

-         Fluent Korean and English language will be preferable;

-         Excellent command of spoken & written Mandarin & English
