| 职位描述 | Responsibilities: Create target companies lists. Research and structure companies from lists. Create executive summaries to outline overall company. Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates for searches. Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions; Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data. Set target list for each case including corporation information for the special industries. Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates. Arrange face to face interview between candidates. Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements. Be responsible for conducting paper work. Data entry and maintain database. Requirements: Above bachelor degree. HR/sales or other relevant background with1-2 years experience. Has the agility and adaptation to work in a fast-paced working environment.
