Responsibilities：
1. Analyze and understand position requirements
2. Screen relevant candidates through internet and databases
3. Secure candidates' contacts through telephone calls.
4. Contact candidates to obtain background information and resume, brief
candidates of client's openings and requirements.
5. Initial evaluation to ascertain matching candidates according to position
requirement.
6. Arrange meetings with candidates for consultants.
7. Input and maintains company database.
8. Conduct research and gather information of various professions and the
industries.
9. Support consultants in completing assignments.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
