  1. Senior ResearchManager
    (Reportto Director of Research and Development)

EssentialResponsibilities:

  • Leads research projects on a broad range oftopics related to, but not limited to, enrichment courses and programs forChinese K-12 school kids

  • Develops new educational programs andproducts and supports further improvement of existing programs and products

  • Develops a set of curricula for enrichmentcourses for Chinese K-12 students based on the research work on American K-12schools

  • Monitors program implementation andevaluates program effectiveness, teacher performance, and student progress.

  • Provides onsite training and technicalsupport to other teams such as teaching, marketing, and client service

  • Assists the work in teacher recruitment andteacher training

  • Uses results of research to provide recommendationsto involved management personnel and to support strategic decision making forbusiness development.

  • Helps with editing and proofreading of product-relatedmaterials

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Education, English,psychology, or ANY other related fields

  • American educational degree stronglypreferred

  • Experience in K-12 classroom instructionpreferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developingeducational programs/products

  • Solid knowledge in American K-12educational system especially in curriculum and instruction

  • Excellent writing and speaking  skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • A team player while able to workindependently

  • Blend of strong analytical decision-makingand creative problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated experience in using tools suchas MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word

(5)升学指导顾问

岗位职责:
1.研究世界各国教育体系和教育制度,熟悉海外大学申请程序和要求;对具体学校的专业信息、大学排名、入学要求与申请程序等进行深入学习和了解,掌握与海外留学业务有关的各种知识,尤其是美国的寄宿学校、美国顶尖大学的申请知识;
2.以小型讲座、一对一辅导、小组活动、家长会等形式,让学生以及家长充分认识主要的国家的教育情况以及海外大学的体系,以便学生家长更好的选择留学的国家及大学。
3.通过各种形式对班级的学生各方面的情况进行了解,以更好的为他们制定海外留学计划;
4.通过让学生了解大学申请文书的写作目的,从而更好的指导学生完成大学申请文书的写作及申请表的填写。
5.外教团队的教学协调支持工作,学生家长和学生的沟通,课外活动的相关工作

岗位要求:
1.本科以上学历,英语专业八级以上或同等水平,要求良好的阅读与写作能力;
2.有留学咨询工作经验者优先;
3.工作积极主动,愿意与学生及家长沟通,有良好的敬业精神,强烈的责任心;
4.有美国/加拿大/澳大利亚学习、工作经验者优先;
5.熟练电脑办公与互联网沟通。
