- Organic strategy assignments of the following types - Business strategies of IPC China, Segment analysis & trends, channel strategies, organizational strategies
- Inorganic strategy assignments o the following types - new business models, External partnerships, investment oriented, government incentive related, partnership or alliance related
- Market intelligence collection ad sharing. Interfacing and communicating regularly wit market analysis, semiconductor industry bodies, government bodies
- Supporting regular & ad-ho external and internal presentations pertaining to the communication of strategic topics
- Organization of regular review meetings or any issue specific meetings
- Owner of key business process, such as Sales fire and bluebook update
