Responsibility · To support/arrange branch’s internal and/or external diplomacy and Administration related events and/or projects; · Contact office building management office/cleaning company for premises maintenance related issues; · Assist to monitor office safety and environment tidiness and report any issues and concerns to management; · Reserve hotel rooms and purchase air/train tickets for staff’s business trips and/or visitors from head office and/or other branches and arrange ground transportation; · Coordinate bank car/ conference room reservations by LOBs; · Scan and distribute regulators' circulars to LOBs; · Files and manages branch documents; · Administrative tasks if required by Administrative Manager/Officer. · 1 or 2 years admin support experience · High sense of responsibility · Good team work spirit · Communication & coordination skill · 5 working days per week · Good English skill |
