1 实习顾问助理：

Main Responsibilities

*  Search and collect necessary information.

*  Search for suitable target candidates, including through telephone calls.

*  Contact and select possible candidates.

*  Arrange appointments and confirm time with both consultant and candidates.

*  Keep records and update information to our information system.

*  Accomplish other necessary tasks as required.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

*  With customer service or sales-related working experience is preferred.

*  Quick learner and team player.

*  Smart, energetic and ready to take challenges.

*  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Others

*  Bachelor's degree

*  Proficient in English and Mandarin.

*  Good computer skill

2.助理顾问

Responsibilities:

²  Create target companies lists. Research and structure companies from lists. Create executive summaries to outline overall company.

²  Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates for searches.

²  Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions; Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data.

²  Set target list for each case including corporation information for the special industries.

²  Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates.

²  Arrange face to face interview between candidates.

²  Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements.

²  Be responsible for conducting paper work.

²  Data entry and maintain database.

 

 

Requirements:

²  Above bachelor degree.

²  Human resource specialist background in staffing with0-3 years experience.

²  Has the agility and adaptation to work in a fast-paced working environment. Can work independently and manage the pressure.

²  Have sound oral and written English skills to effectively communicate with corporate stakeholders.

 

 

3. 猎头管理培训生
