Position：Project Management Assistant
Location：Shanghai Jinqiao
职位描述：
1. 岗位：在上海贝尔工程服务部担任项目信息综合管理工作。
2. 职能：负责上海贝尔实施的工程项目的信息汇总、分析及处理工作；
3. 负责对售前移交的项目信息及有关合同，进行信息处理及分析，预测及跟踪项目风险；
4. 负责对项目信息进行维护，统计及报表汇总等工作；
5. 负责对工程项目进行进度信息收集，问题跟踪，分析处理工作
Job Description:
1. Station: Reserves as Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell FSO department, Work for PMO Project management and analyst team.
2. Function: Responsible the project management for all of the A-L produce project, project information gather, analyses, report ;
3. Responsible for analyses contact information from Sales transformation to project execute, forecast on project risk.
4. Responsible for maintain project database, calculate and presentation report.
5. Responsible information collects for all of the ASB project (on going, history object), issue follow, trouble shorting.
具体要求：
1、在校生, 通讯工程专业（或电子信息工程专业）本科以上学历，具有通信系统建立及工程实践经验者优先；
2、了解Wireless/Wireline/Optics/Access/Core等通讯系统原理与主要功能、有一定通讯系统操作认知；
3、熟悉项目管理知识，能熟练使用Project等项目管理工具，具备PMP等相关项目管理证书者优先。
4、具备VB, C,C++, Visio 编程能力及数据库使用基本技能；
5、具有强烈的团队精神、较强的用户沟通能力、踏实认真的工作态度、能承一定的工作压力；
6、具有一定英语沟通能力，要求CET4级以上。
7、一周至少工作四天。
Requirements:
1、Undergraduates, telecom communications Engineering (or electronic information engineering) Bachelor degree or above. Communication network system builds and project management work experience is preferred;
2、Good knowledge at Wireless/Wireline/Optics/Core/Access System theory and main signaling process;
3、Know project management method and acquire the relevant attestation (PMP,IPMP etc.) is preferred;
4、With the ability of VB, C, C + +, Visio and database programming skills;
5、Strong team spirit and communication skills, practical and serious working attitude, able to work under pressure;
6、English sill: CET4 or above.
7、Working at least 4 days per week.
