？ RESPONSIBILITES
a) Perform daily entry posting into SAP especially during period closing
b) To prepare statistics report data monthly
c) To calculate stamp duty monthly
d) To provide support on the reconciliation of inventory and fixed asset account
e) To participate in periodic physical audit of inventory and fixed asset
f) Provide support for team RIM filing process
g) Provide support for data clearing and preparation for BPT D2 entities
h) Ad hoc assignment for BPT interim process
i) To fulfill other ad hoc requirement for costing and fixed asset area
？ REQUIREMENTS
a) University student who is on grade three and is studying on Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or similar area
b) Diligent & responsible
c) Humility personality and good communication skill
d) Logical thinking capability
e) Ability to read, write and speak in English.
f) Good excel skills if preferred

• Working location: K11
？ RESPONSIBILITES
a) Assist to check the TER claims for employees, make sure employees can get their reasonable reimbursements as soon as possible and make sure all employees’ TER claims are complied with company’s policy & internal control’s requirements;
b) Assist the weekly payment-run, mainly help file the payment vouchers for manager’s review;
c) Assist to file the accounting documents, make sure accounting documents are filled & archived in order & in time;
d) Other duties assigned.
？ REQUIREMENTS
a) University student who is on grade three and is studying on Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or similar area
b) Good team work spirit, open minded and strong willingness to work with others.
c) Basic command of written and oral English.
d) Self-motivated and good adaptability.
e) Strong sense of responsibility, adhere to commitment, honest, quick learner, ability to work under pressure.
f) Knowledge of MS office
