Required Qualifications and Experience 能力要求:

Expertise and at least 5-year-experience in application development with ;

至少五年开发经验；

Experience of third-party frameworks such as DevExpress, List and Label, etc;

具有使用第三方开发框架如DevExpress, List或者Label的经验；

Experience of project management;

具有项目管理经验；

Fluent in written and oral English;

流利的书面及口语英语能力；

Experience of Scrum environment is preferred;

具有敏捷项目开发经验者优先；

Fluent in German is preferred;

具有德语能力者优先；

Bachelor degree in Computer Science

计算机相关学科学士学位或以上。

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 职责:

Manage TROX China’s programmer team;

管理妥思中国软件开发团队；

Cooperate with HQ developer team to finish scrum project;

和德国团队紧密合作，完成开发项目；

Identify and fix programming issues;

寻找及解决程序错误

Peer Review on design, code, document delivered by programmer team;

审查程序员团队做出的设计、代码及文档说明等。
