1) 教育背景：室内设计、环境艺术设计类大学专科以上学历。
2) 工作能力:
a) 熟练的施工图绘制能力、领悟能力、沟通能力，并能进行方案深化；
b) 熟练运用Autocad、Sketchup、Powerpoint、Photoshop、Adobe InDesign、3Dmax等专业软件；
c) 具有相应施工工艺的基础知识，学习能力强。
3） 人品端正，爱岗敬业，工作态度细致、踏实，能吃苦耐劳，理解并认同企业发展和管理理念，有正确的价值观和道德心。
