    招聘职位：Business Development Specialist 
    职位描述: 
    Areas of Responsibility/Tasks: 
    Strategy & BD: 
    Participate in developing strategic projects on company level; 
    Prepare reports with regards to Business Unit and Segment strategies, business development and product portfolio reviews, strategic sales plan and other ad-hoc KPIs reports as requested. 
    Market Intelligence: 
    Conduct market share analysis; 
    Provide China market intellegence (Customer, technology trend, competitor, regulation); 
    Conduct market study together with segments based on requirement. 
    Market Communication: 
    Implement and coodinate internal and external commucation; 
    Sales Planning: 
    Coordinate and monitor SPOT data tracking (Oppurtunity management), budget&strat plan and customer demand planning. Prepare relavent report for management review; 
    Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports regarding sales, new business acquisition for management reviews; 
    Improve data quality and streamline process; 
    Coordination: 
    Conduct the coordination BD and market related affairs between company and BU side. 
    Competencies: 
    Bachalor degree in Business administration; 
    Project Management and time management (M) prefered; 
    Market Analysis Skills(S) prefered; 
    Strategic thinking (S) prefered; 
    English written and oral communication skills must.
