Thales in China
Thales employs 900 people in the country principally in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tianjin, Nanjing, Kunming and Chendgu. 95% of the Group's staff in the country are Chinese nationals.
In recent years, Thales has created several strategic joint ventures with Chinese partners in several key sectors.
Mid-2000's: Creation with Technology & Equipment Development Company (TEDC) of Beijing Easy Sky Technology (BEST), a joint venture for the development and marketing of Air Traffic Management centres.
2011: Launch with Shanghai Electrical Co. (SEC) and Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co. (SAIC) of Thales SAIC Transportation (TST) in Shanghai, with the goal of providing advanced SelTrac CBTC signalling solutions for Chinese metro projects.
2013: Creation with China Electronics Technology Co. (CETC) of Thales CETC Avionics (TCA) in Chengdu, this time providing IFE systems, software and equipment for single aisle aircraft and in particular the COMAC C919 aircraft.
The Group is actively investigating partnerships in other high-growth domains, notably main line transportation and information security, and aims to reinforce its footprint in the region in these sectors.
Thales is also committed to increasing research and development across all its territories with the goal of bringing innovation closer to customers. The development of partnerships with local universities to support the human development needs of both the countries and Thales is vital to this strategy.

泰雷兹中国目前拥有900名员工，主要分布在北京、上海、香港、南京、昆明和成都，其中95%的员工为中国公民。
近些年来，泰雷兹在几个关键业务领域携手中国合作伙伴组建了多个战略型合资公司。
2000年中，携手民航空管技术装备发展有限公司创建北京华泰英翔空管技术有限公司，主要从事空管中心的研发和市场活动
2011年，与上海电气（集团）总公司（SEC）和上海自动化仪表股份有限公司（SAIC）在上海投资组建上海自仪泰雷兹（TST），为中国的地铁项目提供先进的SelTrac基于通信的列车控制信号系统解决方案。
2013年，与中国电子科技集团（CETC）在成都共同组建中电科泰雷兹航空电子有限公司，为单通道飞机尤其是商飞C919提供机载娱乐系统、软件和设备。
泰雷兹集团积极探索在其他高增长领域建立新的合作伙伴关系，尤其是高铁和信息安全领域，旨在进一步巩固在当地各市场的实力。
泰雷兹还致力加大各领域的研发投入，目的是将创新带给客户。积极与当地大学发展合作伙伴关系，支持两国的人才开发，泰雷兹对此战略的实现关系重大。

职位名称：航空电子维修工程师

职位描述：
1.经过培训，能够遵循公司的维修流程独立完成航空电子附件的维修和改装工作；
2.能合理安排时间，达到公司要求的维修周期、维修数量和维修费用控制要求；
3.严格遵循公司质量体系，所有维修工作达到公司质量要求；
4.负责测试台的日常保养，发现故障及时向工程部门报告。

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力。通过国家四级及其以上；
3、具备良好模拟/数字电路基础；
4、具备独立分析和解决技术问题的能力；
5、具有较强的责任心和敬业精神、团队精神和良好的人际沟通能力；
6、航空院校毕业应届生优先；
7、非航空院校毕业应届生，符合以下如专业：
·航空电子附件维修
·电子（工程）技术
·电气工程及其自动化
·电子仪器仪表
·计算机
