Researcher/Potential Associate Consultant
We are the newly establish executive search firm located in Shanghai. Mainly focus on automotive, energy, engineering and industrial F500 clients. Currently we will open a Researcher/Potential Associate Consultant position located in Shanghai office.
Directly reporting to the Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:
l According to the requirements of client, search the targets/competitors and finish the search list efficiently.
l Do the job briefing to candidates and get the detail information from each candidate.
l Finish the candidate report.
l Interview arrangement, offer negotiation, reference check and so on.
l Prepare the payment notice and push the payment process.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following experience:
l Associate degree (or higher), human resource will be preferred.
l Good communication skill both Chinese and English.
l Strong problem solving skills.
l Experience in Word, Excel and PPT.
