Job Description:

Overview:

Planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for Linear Technology products.

For new product:

- Process development for new products, including DFMA, Flow chart, Process-FMEA, CP, WI and so on.

 Lead/coordinate NPI project and trial production, to ensure the quality, cost control and delivery time of the NPI project.

- Process capability study (Ppk, Cpk).

- Process and production line release.

For mass production:

Troubleshooting of product quality problem and manufacturing process problem, and provide strong technical support to production.

 Continuous improvement on product quality, manufacturing process, safety, efficiency, cost saving and so on.

Job Requirement:

- Master degree or comparable, majors in mechanical engineering.

- Fluent English or German both in speaking and writing.
