EDUCATION/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
 
 
 
Education
 

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Since, Information Systems or related technical disciplines
  
  Required skills
  
  
• Having good experience in object-oriented software development

 

• Having solid knowledge on database and good experience in SQL programming

 

• Being familiar with common algorithms, design patterns, software engineering methodologies

 

• Good business understanding with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate it into features and software design

 

• Fluent in English

 

• Well-organized and good analytical skills. Being able to handle topics with complex business logic.

 

• Open minded, ability to learn quickly and dive into new topics

 

• Quick learner, good communication skill and team player

 
 
Preferred skills
 

• Knowledge in Javascript and jQuery programming

 

• Knowledge in ABAP programming

 

• Knowledge in HANA-based development (HANA modeling, SQLScript, XS engine, etc.) User interface development with HTML5 and SAP UI5

 

• Having good software design skills.

 

• Experience with lean and agile methodologies

 

• Experience with cloud solutions

 

• Knowledge in accounting will be a plus

     
   EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
 

• Work as developer in an agile development team according to Scrum/Lean methodology, from pre-defined "Product Backlog" into a usable piece of functionality at a full cycle: designing, developing, testing, rolling-out, maintaining a solution

 

• Show strong customer focus (as we work closely with key customers to develop the solution).

 

• Contribute actively to architecture design

 

• Take the responsibility of software design, implementation, testing and maintenance

 

• Cooperate closely with other development teams, product owner and other stakeholders

• Strong test case design capability on end to end business scenarios

 

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

 

• Being open minded and quick learner. Having good communication skill and team player

 

• Having strong interest in business processes and applications

 
Preferred skills
 

• Experience in automated testing is a plus

 

• Knowledge in Accounting will be a plus

 

• Experience with LEAN and Agile methodologies

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
 

• Work as quality specialist in an agile development team according to Scrum/Lean methodology

 

• To analyze, define, implement and execute quality and test related activities according to a given quality- and test strategy or -concept for the team focus.

 

• To create a detailed test design incl. test system landscape requirements and product standards, prepares tests (customizing & master data), authors and executes manual and/or automated tests.

 

• To raise incidents and follows up with re-test of corrections.

 

• To analyzes test results (issues) and take appropriate follow-up actions.

 

• To coach the team in terms of quality assurance and test related processes, methods and tools.

 

• To cooperate closely with other development teams and product owner
