Job Description
• Post job ad on external job websites
• Screen job applications based on the pre-agreed selection criteria
• Conduct initial phone screening for shortlisted candidates
• Arrange interviews and tests by coordinating with candidates, agencies and clients
• Maintain application records and candidate pipeline
• Help with the report preparation
• Other ad hoc assignments
Requirements
• Final year student at bachelor's or master's degree study (保研或研究生一年级,如已经研究生录取,请在简历中注明)
• Ensure 5 working days per week at least 4 months, can start to work immediately per request(可以立即开始工作)
• Prior internship experience in a HR role is preferred
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• A ‘can do' attitude along with enthusiasm and energy
• Hardworking and able to work efficiently on multitasks
