Key pipeline for fulltime ITLP

An eight to ten-week long challenging assignment in IT domain

Gain hands-on experience while working on challenging projects via one of our ITLP Internships. Our internships are designed to give you an exciting look into what working at GE is like.

ITLP is the entry point to career at GE for CS/MIS major students. This program aims to develop and nurture future GE IT leaders. In the 2 years program with four rotations, ITLP members are expected to complete 4 missions as a real business’s project owner in 6 months each. Meanwhile members are supposed to complete training courses, which consists of not only technical but also business leadership

Qualifications Required:

Graduate at 2016

Minimum overall 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0)

Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Business (with IT-related minor or IT relevant coursework)

Internship or other relevant work experience in IT-related disciplines

Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom

Fluent (Business level) English ability in both speech and writing

Passion for IT and strong technical skills

Fast learner with great adaptability and strong analytical skill

Work permission in China

Geographic mobility

Business / financial understanding a plus
