Job Description
Position Title Intern - Finance Analyst
Report to Finance Manager Location Shanghai
Business Lighting Function Finance
Band Contractor Starting Date
Primary Responsibilities:
* Support Asia Sourcing team on finance and reporting requirement;
* Consolidate data from various sources and generate report & analysis;
* Follow up and resolve supplier invoice issue;
* Manage & Control Asia sourcing base cost;
* Fully take over T&L for sourcing team, including the system maintenance, sol
ve any inquiry and help communicate to team or remind team what to watch out;
* Liaison with various departments on expense related item;
* In charge of the PMS (procurement management system) for china sourcing team
.
Qualifications Required:
-Must guarantee no less than 3 working days per week required at least 6 months.
-Good to excellent analytical skills
-Ability to communicate clearly (esp. to multiple operation functions)
-Willing to learn and challenge existing status quo and look for continuous im
provements to current processes
-Sense of urgency/Timely completion with high quality output
