1.收集目标行业的客户信息，分析研究客户的要求，提供客户有价值的服务；

2.根据客户提供的职位，寻找适合该职位的候选人；

3.公司数据库资料维护；

4.通过网络搜寻或电话等方式进行中高端人才寻访

任职要求：

1.人力资源、市场营销、工商管理等专业统招本科学历；

2.具有与中高层客户人员与候选人打交道的社会阅历、知识结构和服务意识；

3.对工业制造、地产行业熟悉或者有浓厚的兴趣；

4.较强的沟通、协调、组织能力和目标执行能力，形象气质佳；

5.较好的团队意识和较强的进取心；

6.快速理解能力、学习能力和适应能力。
