供应链管理培训生（EID实习生）

OMLP Program Introduction:

OMLP accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Environment, Health & Safety functions at GE. OMLP is a 2 year program consisting of 3 rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training. Through these job assignments & training, program members are involved in GE's strategic initiatives-including GE's drive for LEAN Six Sigma.

OMLP Key responsibilities include:

OMLP members have the opportunity to experience the entire supply chain, state of-the-art methods of manufacturing/operations, and sourcing practices through structured course work and practical application. Coursework includes: Project Management, Negotiation Skills, Finance Essentials, Environmental Health and Safety, Supply Chain Management, and LEAN Manufacturing Operations. Members are also certified in Six Sigma. GE's focus on process integration, from design through manufacturing to sales, has been critical to meeting our customers' expectations. OMLP is designed to successfully integrate manufacturing with other key processes in GE. Possible job rotations may include:

• Leading a manufacturing team in the production of products;
• Improving efficiency of supply chain management through LEAN/cost reduction;
• Supervising suppliers to hone product quality and negotiate price.

This combined experience positions OMLP members for accelerated career growth.

OMLP EID

The OMLP EID Program is designed to identify high-potential engineering students early in their academic career as possible candidates for OMLP entry programs. The EID Program offers students the opportunity to experience a real-life work environment at GE, while developing the professionalism critical to a successful career.

Every OMLP EID assignment offers:

• Challenging work assignments of 12-18 weeks
• Formal goal-setting, mid-term and final appraisal processes
• Multiple resources for each student: manager, mentor, buddy, EID Program manager
• Networking and social activities
• Rewards and recognition

Qualifications:

1. A four-year degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Safety, Environmental or Chemical Engineering
2. Minimum 3.0 GPA overall in major
3. Strong Commitment to a career in supply chain/services management
4. Analytical approach to problem solving
5. Demonstrated leadership experience
6. Strong oral and written communication skills in English
7. Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in manufacturing;
2. Knowledge of LEAN;
