Job Summary
Develop and maintain good relationship with Field Sales customers. Identify sales opportunity and obtain
more business to achieve sales target with good team work spirit.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist Business Development Manager to implement all affairs related to business maintain and
growth, providing professional sales performance report and marketing trend analysis at a certain period.
2. Input into eagle-I and address customer's inquiries and concerns immediately.
3. Interface and communicate with all related products and departments to set SOP to ensure smooth
operation to minimize customer's complaint or service issues. For any service failure occurred, timely
response and report will be taken to lessen the impact.
4. Be responsible to push AR collection if have.
5. Have good sense to identify sales opportunity, conduct sales calls and customer visits within the
assigned territory through conversion, retention and penetration activities to gain more business.
6. Refer to the yearly announced "Sales Incentive Plan" to strictly follow up the principle to meet the
minimum sales quota and the set KPI in a required period.
7. Any other duties are assigned by next level.
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree or above, logistics major
Languages and Communication Skills
Good communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skill
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese
