SUMMARY:
The aim of this role is to provide HR assistance to HR team
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Provide system support to HR team in terms of enrollment, transfer, promotion, resignation
2.Run the related report to better support HR team to go through the talent management cycle
3.Data analysis on the SAP system, related report, training data analysis and management, engagement survey support, etc.
4.Initiate probation appraisal and labour contract renewal process
5.Work with HR operations team
6.Organize activities/dept meetings and minutes taking
7.Manage the shareholder for the team
8.Administrative support for the BP team, arrange the important appointment with global / regional people
9.Other assignments by HR Director
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree major in HR、Business English、IT、Laws、Economics,preferred with at least 1 year experience
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Literacy in oral and written English
Excellent MS Office skills
Organized, responsible, able to plan and execute effectively
Strong interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Team spirit
