- 学徒需通过内部培训,掌握Tiffany要求的雕刻技巧
- 培训期间,需熟悉相关技巧,工具和相关用品,以便将来应用于产品上.
- 负责协助雕刻商品,与雕刻师合作,达成公司目标
- 协助雕刻师傅处理初稿图样,顾客设计出模,品质检查
要求
- 高中毕业文凭或以上,能以英文沟通
- 必须喜爱雕刻, 具有良好空间感,比例和布局技巧,能应用在不同种类和尺寸的产品
- 投入并致力于学习雕刻艺术,积极,细心且有耐性
- 良好的沟通,组织能力
- 美术类背景优先考虑
- 能够承受压力, 在指定时间内按照详细的指示完成工作目标

Responsibilities
- Master lettering proficiency of Tiffany alphabet styles.
- Possess good working knowledge of necessary engraving tools and supplies. Develop engraving techniques suited for various products.
- Work at a consistent level of production. Work together with the Master Engraver to ensure proper techniques are being utilized and specific goals are met.
- Assist Master Engraver with layouts, customer mock-up requests and quality assurance. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements
- High school graduates or above, able to communicate in English.
- A strong affinity and aptitude for lettering is required. Employ a good feel for proportions, lay-out, detail and dimensions of each product.
- Committed and dedicated to learning the art of Hand Engraving, while being self-motivated and exhibiting patience.
- Effective communication/listening skills and strong organization skills.
- Artistic background preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to follow detailed instruction and work towards goals in a specific timeframe.
