What sales do?
• You manage account relationships, either directly or through broker/distributor management.
• You manage the development and implementation of customer-specific business plans based on the integration of the brand and customer strategies, commercial policies, trade investments and the marketplace/consumer profiles.
• You continually work to meet revenue targets through flawless execution and collaboration with the customer.
What Marketing do?
• You oversee marketing execution at China Cluster.
• You are involved in bridging brand vision with local marketing environment, and manage brand experiences across channels.
• You are responsible for collaborating with your platform’s brand management team, leveraging new products and communication assets from the HQ, creation of cluster and/or local plans, and execution of those plans in collaboration with agency hubs and sales teams.
