职位要求：

Description:

• Work with suppliers who make various components for Dell, such as plastics injection molding case, metal stamping chassis, sub-assembly, etc.
• To ensure suppliers execute agreed quality management plan. 
  Report any abnormities. 
• Acting as a member of problem solving task force.
• Report suppliers’ performance in a regular base. 

Qualification:

• Targeting year 3 undergraduates or year 2 of postgraduates; (Engineering; Technical or Materials background are preferred) 
• Fluent in English
• Self -motivated with good communication skills

2. 职位名称：采购实习生 (14000XNS)

职位要求：

Description:

• Conduct cost and manufacturing process analysis on different commodities; data analysis & benchmarking ; KPIs tracking for sourcing decisions; and commodity supply chain and business process analysis for management decisions
• Support negotiations with strategic suppliers; business strategy development and supply chain management to launch new products
• Work closely with procurement & product development teams and other cross functional teams to resolve supply chain issue or other assignments. 
• Drive strategy implementation & continuous improvement
• Drive necessary changes against cost issue and size the cost reduction opportunities 

Qualification:

• Targeting year 3 undergraduates or year 2 of postgraduates with major in Material Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Finance Management or Business management, etc.
• Logical thinking with excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese
• Fluent in English

3. 职位名称：市场部 实习生 (14000X7A)

Description:

• Coordinate and prepare for meetings, conference calls and market events, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications and catering
• Collect and summarize market product information and comments
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, directors, department members 
• Arrange and confirm local, domestic and international travel, prepare expense reports
• Create, edit and proofread business communications and documents on behalf of the team
• Receive visitors for the team
• E-mail, fax and copy documents, maintain files and records
• Assist in special projects on an as-needed basis

Qualification:

• Targeting year 3 undergraduates or year 2 of postgraduates with major in marketing, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Business management, etc.
• Logical thinking with excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese
• Fluent in oral English
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web-based search and applications
• Marketing related working experience is preferred
• Notebook/All in One/Desktop hardware/software knowledge is preferred
• Basic business knowledge/sense
