职位：Business Analyst Intern                 地点: 上海徐汇区

主要职责:

Financial support:

•Ø  Customer master file maintenance, billing and collection, SAFE verification. Ensure timely billing as well as weekly collection report issued and tightly following up;

•Ø  Contract recording and filing;

•Ø  Continuously find opportunity in process optimization;

•Ø  Maintain company certification and other official documents in good order and ensure they are timely updated.

Data management and Business Analysis:

•Ø  Ensure accurate operational data input to database from different sources. (From Contracts, other department reports, etc.);

•Ø  Database maintenance and keep it integrated and optimization;

•Ø  Extract data from SAP\BW\Hyperion, internet and other sources to collection, screening, and processing data to delivery analysis per request of project team;

•Ø  Frequently travel with sourcing team to collection suppliers financial information and assist financial manager to conduct supply risk assessment ,periodically supplier review and auditing;

•Ø  Ad hoc tasks assigned by BU.

任职要求:

•Ø  Bachelor degree major in Accounting, Economics, Trading, holding an accounting certification, and the basic knowledge of financial analysis is must;

•Ø  Proficient EXCEL skills and medium to high capability in data collection, sorting, mining and analysis;

•Ø  Good command of ERP and other DW software (e.g SAP,BW);

•Ø  Analytical and problem solving skills;

•Ø  Travel is must;

•Ø  Good communication and strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
