Scope of Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to China HR team, including HR system, recruitment, labor contract, personal file, attendance, C&B and social insurance related work.
2. Assist the HR Supervisor in handling requests from clients, including but not limited to consolidating and analyzing people related data, answering HR related enquiries from internal clients, supporting to run the regular HR practices and processes.
3. Participate in HR projects to provide solutions to the employees and enhance the overall competencies of the HR functions.
4. Assist in the application of work permit/ VISA/ resident permit/ passport and other related documents, with various government departments and agencies.
5. Assist in ER related activities: annual dinner, company magazine, annual outing, etc.
6. Acting as secretary, handle the tasks that assigned by Managing Director.
7. Other works assigned by leader.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in HR, Business or a related field.
2. 1 to 2 years HR experience preferred;
3. Good at both oral and written English communication, English CET 6 is a must.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of local labor and employment laws.
5. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
6. Independent & initiative thinking and acting.
7. Good PC skill, i.e., Word, Excel, Power point.
8. Self-motivated, willing to learn, and customer oriented.
9. Outstanding fresh graduates could be considered.
