Position: Quality Assurance - Administrative Assistant
Basic Function of the Position:
Serves as support to Assistant Manager / QA Manager in Shanghai Office
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with 3rd party, vendor and sourcing team to schedule, conduct, and close bundled audit successfully.
2. Support assistant manager/manager to follow up bundled audit and keep tracking.
3. Communicate with 3rd party and vendor to arrange, conduct and finish inspection successfully.
4. Support assistant manager/manager to follow up inspection and keep tracking.
5. Receive and collect all Inspection/Factory certification/Lab testing reports from 3rd parties.
6. Receive, maintain and share the latest PS, Inspection Plan, internal documents well
7. Maintain all QA database regularly and insure data accuracy.
8. Keep tracking vendor/factory performance.
9. Keep tracking and coaching 3rd party performance.
10. Collect and maintain internal travel schedule.
11. Generate weekly, monthly and annual report and summary.
12. Handle and follow special project assigned by Assistant Manager/Manager.
13. Accurate and timely finish extra job assigned by Assistant Manager/Manager.
14. Support PE team and PE manager based on request.
Necessary Skills:
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Oral and written communication skills with fluent English, and predominate local language(s).
• Proficient in the usage of personal computers including Microsoft Office software.
• Detail-oriented, hard working, able to finish the job with the least supervision
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills, team player |
