Position 1. Job title: Part-time/Full-time Teaching Assistant 2. Job location: Innocation Chongqing Center, Longfor Paradise Walk, Shiyoulu 3. Job Description a) Main responsibilities § Work closely with head office, mentors, students, and parents to provide the best quality service to clients § Maintain satisfactory relationship with parents, and solve problems on a timely basis § Assist students in completing assignments set by teachers under guidance § Provide teachers with certain aids while teaching and observe lessons to enhance didactical abilities § Participate in events related to teaching and marketing to be held in the center
b) Qualifications § A passion for international education § Fluent English and excellent communication skills § Majoring English language, literature, education or areas related to English language skills. § Quick learner, independent thinker, team player, committed to students and the company § Experience in multi-cultural working environment or English training preferred § Diploma or degree holders are eligible for full time position; juniors or seniors in undergraduate school as well as students in graduate school may attempt the part-time position. § Guarantee of five working days per week in winter and summer vacations for part-time position; full-time position applicants are required to work as office workers.
c) Career Path Outstanding teaching assistants may be further trained and employed as full time teachers who enjoy upgraded salary and bonus
