UOB China PFS Graduate Officer Programme

 

UOB China PFS Graduate Officer Programme seeks to attract, grow and develop potential talents for UOB China Personal Financial Services.

 

The objective of the UOB China PFS Graduate Officer Programme is to track fresh graduates' or professionals' fundamental understanding of banking and equip them with the practical aspects of PFS business, to build future wealth management specialist / team leaders to meet the bank's Personal Financial Services' future growth.

 

The 2015 UOB China PFS Graduate Officer Programme is a 18 month stint comprising of core training, job rotations and on job attachment, which is structured to provide the Graduate Officers with opportunities for accelerated learning and skills acquisition, as well as enabling them to be great at building relationships with our customers, growing their wealth and meeting their financial goals.

 

 Requirements:

 

1. At least a Bachelor Degree be expected to graduate in 2015, from any discipline gained from a reputable university, or professionals with no more than 1 year working experience with at least a Bachelor's Degree are also considered

2. Be passionate and self-driven to deliver performance excellence

3. Demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and be a team player

4. Excellent written and spoken English, with good GPA
