我司是从事国际货运代理行业的，?总部在南美的哥伦比亚，?现在青岛开展指定货的操作业务，?需要招聘海外客服主要负责以下工作：
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for daily shipment operation including: booking handling, carrier booking, space release, VAS arrangement, etc.
- Ensure the IOP, SOP and KPI are strictly complied with and all operations are smoothly handled in cost effective manner.
- Ensure the proper operational procedures are in place to increase productivity.
- Ensure good data quality in order to maintain our customer service levels and avoid service failures.
- Expand direct business with vendors in ocean, trucking, customs clearance, etc.
- Ensure outstanding is followed timely and finance policy is followed up strictly.
- Ensure awareness and work in compliance with internal and external policies.
Specific requirements:
- ?Proactive attitude and dedication to achieve ambitious goals. ? Willingness to learn and can-do attitude. ? Ability to work independently, with commitment, teamwork spirit, responsibility. ? Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. ? Nature customer service focus. ? Ability to challenge the current scenario and find smarter ways of doing things, clear logic and analytical skills with good sense of whole picture. ? Good command of written and spoken English skills.
Preferred ? Education subject majored in Transportation or International Trading. ? Hands-on operation experience in shipping/logistics/transportation area. ? Be prepared to take over extra assignments. ? Constantly develop self by actively seeking knowledge.
