SCDA ARCHITECTS

SCDA is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice established in 1995. Its holistic approach to Architecture includes interior design, landscape design and planning services. The practice has extensive experience with private residences, resort hotels, luxury apartments and commercial buildings.

SCDA has won many design awards including The Royal Institute of British Architects International Award 2012 for OneKL, The Chicago Athenaeum 2012 Green Good Design Award for Park Hyatt Maldives and Alila Villas Soori Bali.

招聘职位：

1. Architectural Assistants – Shanghai

 助理建筑师 - 上海

• Major in Architecture, BArch or postgraduate degree
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both in speech and writing
• 1 year architectural work experience, fresh graduate may be considered
• Knowledge of Chinese building codes and local architectural guidelines
• Previous experience in an international practice or oversea education is an advantage
• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Indesign, MS Office software skills
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• Responsible, diligent and proactive

• 建筑设计专业毕业，本科学历或以上
• 中、英文口语流利，写作流畅
• 1年以上建筑设计相关工作经验，应届毕业生也予以考虑
• 了解相关国内建筑法规与条例
• 有外资建筑设计公司工作背景或国外教育经历者优先
• 熟练操作AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Indesign, MS Office等相关软件
• 具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神

 建筑设计师 - 上海

• 3 to 5 years experience on high-end hotel and residential projects
• Knowledge of Chinese building codes and local architectural guidelines
• Previous experience in an international practice or oversea education is an advantage
• Understand the whole process of architectural design and production
• Project management and design development skills
• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Indesign, MS Office software skills
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• Responsible, diligent and proactive

• 建筑设计专业毕业，本科学历或以上
• 中英文口语流利，写作流畅
• 3至5年高端酒店及住宅项目设计经验
• 了解相关国内建筑法规与条例
• 有外资建筑设计公司工作或国外教育经历者优先
• 熟悉各环节的建筑设计及制图过程
• 拥有管理项目及深化设计能力
• 熟练操作AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Indesign, MS Office等相关软件
