ICG HR MA Program
Program Introduction
- A 12-month program with assignments/rotations in HR department
- On-job-training combines with classroom training
- Possible to work across locations in China
- Support mechanism through sharing, coaching, mentoring
- Place in HR department after completion of the program
Work location -Shanghai
Requirements of the candidate
- Strong academic record, obtained master's degree from a highly rated university
- Major in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related subjects is preferred
- No more than two years' working experience
- Keen interest in pursuing career in HR functions in financial services industry in China
- Mobility to work in different locations/cities
- Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative
- Team-player, contributes to collective goals
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adapt to changes in a rapid-growth organization
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English
