Trainee (MT) Program We
are currently looking for outstanding young talents to join our Management
Trainee (MT) Program and become a future leader in our business. During
the training program for at least 24 months, trainees will attend 3 learning
period which are including classroom training, on-the-job coaching, mentoring
and regular assessment of potential, performance, initiative and leadership. Our Jobs ? ◆ Sales and Operations Department：Deliver our
aggressive business plans by building high performance team and strengthen our
leadership in customer service ? ◆ Sales and Merchandising Department：Collaborate
with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to bring best suitable
products to consumers ? ◆ Sales and Marketing Department：Establish
and maintain the most exciting brand image to consumers, through pioneer
technology and fun approach ? ◆ Property Department：Formulate
expansion strategies to support the business in its development of new stores ? ◆ Distribution Center：Build
supply chain knowledge to manage a logistics network including stores,
distribution center and transport infrastructure ? ◆ Human Resource Department：Enhance
organization capability, grow talent pipeline and drive high performance

Location Guangzhou Your Profile We
