Major Duties and Responsibility:

a) coordinating with agents for daily corporate filing

i. amendment of board members;

ii. change of legal rep, legal address, etc.;

b) managing billing of third parties under supervision, including

i. filing agents

ii. external counsel

iii. translators

c) updating and filing corporate documents, including

i. board resolutions re signatory authority

ii. power of attorney for various store matters

iii. bank facility letters

d) reviewing commercial contracts

1. Bachelor degree and above, Master degree is preferred.
