YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES We can give you great opportunities to improve your skills and develop new ones: · Support finished vehicle outbound freight cost study from various locations into Asia Pacific and out of Asia Pacific. · Support Lead Engineer in achieving program deliverables · Responsibility for design, runoff, delivery and launch of new/re-tooled equipment to support New Programs · Resolve engineering and program delivery issues · Support DPA process for assigned component/process · Lead coordination of inter related items (material handling &kitting, workstation engineering, virtual assembly or manufacturing builds, back-up/hand tools, gauging, tooling) · Request and ensure on time delivery of all OEM documentation (e.g. R&M, Spare Parts lists, Manuals, final Installation Drawing packages, PM Plans, ECPL Placards etc,) · Lead development of process documentation (e.g. DCP,PFMEA, GSPAS, Process Sheets, Process Illustrations, tool set up drawings, etc...) · Coordinate PROTAG sign-off Lead Machine Acceptance sign-off and issue resolution · Interface with plant teams such as the launch team, NML, skilled trades and the groups responsible for maintenance planning and spare requisitioning · Support product feasibility and releasing activities · Learn and use a number of Ford systems such as FPS, Bill of Process, Six Sigma, ISO9002, to support MFG System |
OUR REQUIREMENTS If you want to be the next generation leaders you'll need: · Master degree, major in Engineering-Automotive, Engineering-Electrical, Engineering-Industrial, · Engineering-Manufacturing, Engineering-Mechanical, · Engineering-Other, Engineering-Production. · Fluent in both oral and written English · Good at Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word · Personality · Excellent communication skill · Good analytical skill and logical thinking · Demonstrated initiative with integrity, teamwork orientation, and high intelligence level · Preference · Internship experience in auto industry · Financial skills · Working location: Nanjing |

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES We can give you great opportunities to improve your skills and develop new ones: · You will lead development and implementation of Assembly systems for manufacturing Engine / Transmissions within Power train operations. Aligned to standard Bill of Process strategies through system inquiry, simultaneous engineering, build, installation, and commissioning phases. · Understand lean material flow principles and integrate within assembly system layout. · Understand time and motion study principles and be able to apply to assembly process design. · Lead the development process of assembly station design for safety and ergonomics. · Interface with Product design to evaluate assembly feasibility, and incorporate DFA/DFM principles. · Understand and be able to apply discrete event simulation for improved constraint analysis. · Understand and experience with fastening methods. · Evaluate and initiate bids for equipment purchase. · Run-off equipment at supplier and plant to show capability and robustness including safety. · Understand/support/implement Lean Manufacturing principles. · Assure delivery of program productivity objective through R&M and process design including FMEAs. · Support other activities (plant engineering, process engineering, tooling & gauging, safety, productivity, forward planning, etc.) · Lead APQP, FMEA and 8D process. · Understand R&M of equipment and support OEMs. · Support QS 9000 and ISO 14000, PPAP and APQP processes. · Support appropriate Six Sigma projects. · Model "Team Values and Leadership Behaviors. · Interface with plant installation supervisors with appropriate timing and installation documentation, to insure efficient/timely installations. · Have a working knowledge of procedures regarding safety, quality and environmental. · Use lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. · Support production part release process. · Interface with release activity, STA and purchasing as required. · Develop a good all round understanding of Manufacturing Engineering , Launch and quality disciplines and tools used in the region. |
