Management Trainee (MT) Program
We are currently looking for outstanding young talents to join our Management Trainee (MT) Program and become a future leader in our business.
During the training program for at least 24 months, trainees will attend 3 learning period which are including classroom training, on-the-job coaching, mentoring and regular assessment of potential, performance, initiative and leadership.

? Sales and Merchandising Department：Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to bring best suitable products to consumers
? Sales and Marketing Department：Establish and maintain the most exciting brand image to consumers, through pioneer technology and fun approach
? Property Department：Formulate expansion strategies to support the business in its development of new stores
? Distribution Center：Build supply chain knowledge to manage a logistics network including stores, distribution center and transport infrastructure
? Human Resource Department：Enhance organization capability, grow talent pipeline and drive high performance culture
