岗位1、Property MT(开发部培训生)(1-2人)
I. Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Department documents filing, reporting, information collecting and internal communication;
2. Provide regular reporting and summary to Senior Property Manager.
3. Assist to prepare the new site’s IRR and pursue the new site submit process.
4. Assist to check the new site documents (contract and related enclosures) and pursue the related documents about new stores.
5. Collect competitor’s information.
6. Coordinate meeting and arrange venue, prepare related document accordingly;
7. Prepare department memo and keep file.
8. Responsible for Department monthly expenses summary.
9. Assist Property team on traveling arrangement.
10. Coordinate department activities, team building, etc.
11. Assist to arrange new staff training for new team member.
12. Responsible for office administration work (stationery and furniture order, etc.)
13. Carry out the other tasks and duties as managers required.
II. Personal Qualities&Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格
1. University graduate in Finance or Law;
2. Over one year’s experience or related is desired;
3. Proficient in PC skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc);
4. Competent in systematic management of information, data & documents;
5. Competent in handling administrative matters;
6. Excellent written and spoken skill in Chinese and English;
7. CET 4 or above;
8. Good communication ability & skill required;
9. Patient & careful;
10. Able and willing to work under pressure.
岗位2:Assistant Internal Audit Officer(助理审计主任)(1-2人)
I.
-Enhance control environment in company, detect risk, control risk in business operation;
-强化公司整体内部控制环境,发现潜在风险,改善营运控制;
II. Duties and Responsibility 工作职责
- Perform data digging and analysis to disclose risks in business, and prepare routine risk benchmarking and analysis reports;
- 运用数据分析工具,通过日常的数据分析报告,发现和辨别潜在风险;
- Perform independent assessment of internal controls, business risks, regulatory compliance and efficiency/adequacy of business systems and processes;
- 对内部控制、营运风险、政策合规性、系统和流程的效率以及充分程度作出独立评估;
- Provide recommendation on internal control improvement;
- 为内部控制提出改进建议;
- Communicate with other departments and coach junior auditors;
- 保持与其他部门的适当沟通,并指导属下的审计师开展工作;
- Timely follow up on issues identified and drive the progress of implementation for improvement;
- 及时跟进建议执行中的问题,推进建议的有效落实;
- Independently perform store stocktake and store audit, including planning, field work and audit report;
- 独立执行店铺盘点和店铺审计工作,包括计划、现场执行和报告整个过程;
- Perform functional audit for projects assigned.

III. Personal Qualities&Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格
- Bachelor degree with major in economy, audit or related;
- 经济、审计或相关专业的学士学位;
- 1~2 years audit working experience, retail internal audit experience is appreciated;
- 1-2年或以上工作经验,有零售内审经验者优先;
- Good data digging skill, exposure to SQL/ACL programming is appreciated;
- 良好的数据分析技巧和能力,懂SQL/ACL程序者优先;
- Good analysis and communication skills;
- 良好的分析和沟通能力;
- Good oral English and report writing skills;
- 良好的英语读写能力;
- Proactively to seek opportunities for business control improvement;

岗位3、Store Management Training(见习店铺副经理)(10-15人)
工作目标:To lead the store staffs in maximizing sales and profit while achieving set targets. Provide leadership, coaching and discipline to ensure the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, stock management and store administration. Consistently ensure all company policy and procedures are implemented while striving at all times to reduce store costs.
协助店铺经理以及区域经理实现销售和利润的最大化以实现预定目标,协助完成部门员工的日常管理及培训以确保店铺的顾客服务、店铺陈列、库存管理以及店铺行政工作的高标准执行;保证所有公司政策及流程得到持续的贯彻执行,同时努力降低店铺成本。
