Position: Assistant - Risk & Quality Team - Assurance

Location: Chengdu

Type: Permanent - Full time

Job Description & Responsibilities

·  Perform online search on websites to retrieve relevant information for  Independence Team

·  Reporting Function: Prepare reports for HK QR team analysis and review monthly.

·  Perform test to ensure selected auditee’s investment violate company polices

·  Assist HK QR Team to verify whether Engagement Team High Level Management performed Aura File review or not.

·  According to Engagement Management Website ("EMW") Reports status to chase Engagement Team perform EMW Report review.

·  Assist Engagement Team perform manual data entry in MOF system.

·  Assist Engagement Team to apply anti-fake label on yearly basis.

·  According to US training compliance test instruction, combine data provided by HK-CN Q&A team and engagement manager, check and track training completion status of all the testers.

·  Perform other audit administrative tasks such as external confirmation follow up, finance report checking etc.

 

Requirements

·  Bachelor degree, a major in English, Commerce and/or Business preferred

·  With finance and investment working background will be preferred

·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

·  Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English

·  Good communication skills, willing to communicate with others on problem identified

·  Detail oriented and careful

·  Good customer service attitude

·  Good team work spirit.  Positive on others’ advice

Position: Assurance assistant

Location: Chengdu

Type: Permanent - Full time

Job Description & Responsibilities

·  Adhere to PwC SDC policies and procedures.

·  Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC’s User Guide instructions as applied to work requests.

·  Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines.

·  Liaise with Team Leaders and Senior Assistants on a regular basis to understand work required. Observe delivery timetable and meet client service expectation.

·  Maintain working knowledge of the SDC User Guides.

·  Participate in training and other developmental opportunities, where possible.

·  Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback from Senior Assistants and Team Manager / Deputy Team Manager.

 

Requirements

·  Bachelor degree or above, a major in Accounting, Commerce and/or Business preferred

Job Description & Responsibilities

Following below are the responsibilities of this service delivery team will mainly perform, each staff of this team may only work across one or a few areas of which:

·  Time/Expense Transfers

·  Expense report reviews

·  Data quality management (Master data)

·  Other possible accounting functions as following:

·  Account payable

·  Collections and Cash receipts

·  Payroll

·  Billing

 

Requirements

·  Bachelor degree or above,  accounting major is not a must

·  With accounting experience in share service centers of foreign invested company will be preferred

·  Good internal and external relationship management skills

·  Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

·  Highly responsible and enthusiastic

·  Team player who can work effectively under pressure
