职位描述
Main function: HR & Admin
Provides the day to day logistic facilitate job to the designated roles especially sales support, HR support or technical support to engineering team.
Purpose of the role: To support the function team with completing data processing, documentation and filing, or logistic work.
Reports to: HR Manager
Main Accountabilities:
- Preparation of the data input and documents for documentation;
- To manage the specific searching work on designated markets ;
- To facilitate with the data input and processing;
Education, knowledge and working experience:
- Profession education in bachelor degree;
- Ability to communicate technical/product information to both technical and non-technical audience
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) especcially with Excel
- Intermedia level of English reading, writing (email) preferable;
Personal characteristics:
- Accuracy and attention to detail, good organisational and administrative skills
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Proactive and quick to learn
- Fluent in Chinese(Mandarin), English and preferably German language
