trademarks directly in China before the Trade Mark Office and the administrative authorities. The
business scope of our IP consultancy is the widest possible allowed by the Chinese Administration for
Industry & Commerce (AIC) for foreign firms to engage in matters relating to the filing and enforcement
of trademarks as well as copyrights directly in the PRC.

招聘职位：英语/法律-实习生（实习期间表现优秀可转为律师助理）
工作内容：
1、 完成公司指派的文件翻译工作；
2、 配合、支持、完成公司指派的与知识产权有关的辅助性工作，如客户及案件信息整理、更新及维
护、文件撰写等；
3、 法律及其他文件检索；
4、 协助完成公司交付的其他日常事务。
任职要求：
1、 正规院校全日制法律或英语本科及以上学历应届毕业生；
2、 大学英语六级及同等或以上水平，熟练的英文书写及口头表达能力；
3、 熟练操作办公软件；
4、 踏实肯干，工作认真细心、学习能力强、执行能力强、良好的沟通能力及团队精神；
5、 每周至少可以工作三天。
