该职位为实习生职位，主要考虑日语专业大三学生(日语说写精通,英语说写熟练)，一周(周一到周五)至少工作3.5天,实习期为一年,在全球企业及特殊风险国际保险项目，如果表现优异，将在2016年毕业前提供转正机会。

Responsibilities:

1．Accurate and timely population of various spreadsheet databases

2．Booking policy in internal system and filing related documentations.

3．Book, Invoice, chase and reconcile premiums, exploiting system entries. Liaise with brokers/clients, to expedite premium payment

4．Issue policy documentation to broker (or client), in a timely and accurate manner.

5．Develop effective working relationships with all internal and external customers, including LOEs, Accounts / Credit Control, Reinsurance Accounts and brokers / clients, attending relevant meetings as the Insurance Operations representative, as required.

6．Proactively manage own daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, fresh graduate

2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience of mainframe administration. Knowledge of GPS would be an advantage.

3. Communication skills – excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills. CET-6 passed and good command of Japanese.

4. Task Planning – excellent time management skills and experience of scheduling tasks in accordance with daily review of priorities.

5. Personal Effectiveness – highly motivated, proactive, self-starter.

6. Motivating Others – effective team player, training and coaching of junior staff

7. Ability to assure comprehensive communication, both written and oral in English within the scope of IIP management in the AZ network
