目前我们有4个部门可以提供实习岗位:总经理办公室,项目管理部,服务部,生产部;

 

要求:大三以上本科及研究生、机电专业优先,一周2~3天,至少3个月实习。

 

岗位职责如下:

 

1.GMO Intern 总经理办公室实习生

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks工作职责

  • Assist CEO in daily administration affairs.
  • Support/organize meetings/conferences and events.
  • Handle general correspondence, memorandum and confidential documents timely and independently.
  • Manage and schedule appointments, hotel and travel arrangement.
  • Administration support, such as writing invitation letter, arranging pick-up service, hotel reservation and ticket booking etc. for visitors.
  • Keep all address records always up-to-date.
  • Assist in translations required.
  • Preparation of regular standard report.
  • Handle project related tasks, e.g. project time planning, preparation of presentations, monthly project report.
  • ISO14001 and OHSAS18000: Work according to the company requirement of ISO14001 and OHSAS18000

 

 

2. PM Intern项目部实习生

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks工作职责

  • Support sales in conclusion of contracts incl. contract wording and commercial negotiation.
  • Develop and monitor project plan (schedule, resource, and financial), coordinate internal & external resources to meet project target.
  • Arrange project kick-off meeting and follow on project meetings with project team. Control and monitor the progress of whole project.
  • Arrange daily activities of project execution: engineering, purchasing, material planning, production, quality, on site erection, customer interfacing.
  • Follow up payments from customer, ensure no past due payment.
  • Monitor cost spending, take proactive actions to control cost within budget and fight for higher post gross margin.
  • Evaluate and make the recovery plan for project risks;
  • Ensure the project execution follows ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18000, other applicable HSE regulation, ensure safety is the first priority in any step of project.
  • Ensure the following of SOX requirement, and all documentation relating to the status of the project is correctly managed and updated.
  • Engage with customer, build up strong relationship, and effectively communicate with customers for all project related issues.
  • Reports project status and cost development to senior management team at weekly basis.
  • Evaluate project results, share the project conclusion.

 

 

3.Service Intern服务部实习生

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks工作职责

  • Handling department administration affair,including service vehicle safety management, department tools management, personal protection equipment management and reimbursement Management
  • Collect the weekly report from field service engineers, booking the labor hours into SAP system according to actual execution, and provide the monthly report of productivity & utilization.
  • Answering the service hotline and quick response for customer requirement, transfer the requirement to related responsible person in time.
  • Working with external supplier and IT department, be responsible for SOS system maintenance and optimization.
  • Call back to customer, make customer satisfaction survey.
  • Work standardly according to the company requirement of ISO14001 and OHSAS18000.

 

 

4.Production Intern 生产部实习生(若干)

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks工作职责

1)         Production Planning

  • Balance production capacity & workload
  • Make production plan and distribute to workshop
  • Follow up & monitor production progress and communicate with workshop supervisor when necessary
  • Coordinate with OPC for production delay

2)         Material Planning and Inventory Control

  • Purchase production material and push delivery, but not covering supplier selection and quotation
  • Coordinate to solve missing parts in production process
  • Control inventory level
  • Maintain MRP setting in SAP

3)         ISO14001 and OHSAS18000

  • Fulfil the company target of ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 (for department head only)
  • Work according to the company requirement of ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 (for other staff only)
  • Work according to the company requirement of ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 and manage the supplier according to the requirement (for purchasing staff only)
