| 招聘信息： We're currently looking for the Construction Engineer and Material Engineer for Goodyear Development Center in China.Please find detailed information as follows: Construction Engineer Primary Purpose of the Position Develop, validate and implement new tire products using experimental & predictive approaches in interactions with others functions / departments Principle Duties and Responsibilities • Product development and improvement: - Use tire engineering design standards to develop new products and support Applied and Functional projects -Support implementation of new products in production and maintenance activities -Improve and enhance problem solving strategies • Process: -Understand, follow and apply the Global Design standards -Make improvements to or enhances current processes and tools within functional group • Technology: -Implement latest technologies in product development to ensure premium performance -Improve and enhance documentation of the created knowledge • Standards: -Ensure product conformity to internal, external and legal standards Qualifications： • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2-3 years engineering experience. Master degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. • Product Design Experience. • Manufacturing Experience. • Lean & 6 sigma experience . • Desired project management experience • Must have good knowledge of CAD tools (preferred software Catia V5) • MS Office (World, Excel, Power Point) • VBA, SAP & statistical tools are an asset • Team player and good communicator • Proactive and result driven • Sense of responsibility & urgency • Stress resistant & flexible • Showing initiative / Being proactive • Willing to travel occasionally • Fluent in Chinese & English Report to: China Development Center Manager (Operational) Chief Engineer Construction Consumer GICL (Functional) Location: Pulandian Plant Dalian , Liaoning Material Engineer Primary Purpose of the Position The highly motivated and hands-on associate is to identify and develop new material technologies that address current and future business needs from our Compounding Technology – Consumer team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for high performance application development. The associate will be responsible for developing new tire components which demonstrate performance in tire applications. Principle Duties and Responsibilities • Develop tire components for optimal performance while considering cost and environment • Design laboratory studies to evaluate material technologies, and interpret the results based on the underlying chemistry and physics of the materials being studied • Provide onsite assistance during plant trials as required • Effective communication and collaboration with design teams, customers and manufacturing to ensure successful development and technology transfer Qualifications： • Bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years engineering experience. Master degree is preferred in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry , Materials or Polymer Science. • Several years of experience in elastomeric applications is preferred • Experience in understanding structure/property relationships in materials is preferred • Familiarity with polymers, fillers, and/or reinforced composites is required • Proficiency in the statistical design and analysis of experimental data is required • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in teams will be required • Exceptional communication and technical documentation skills will be required • Open minded, optimistic, and collaborative with a strong sense of urgency • Fluent in Chinese & English Report to: China Development Center Manager (Operational) Chief Engineer Compounding Technology – Consumer (Functional) Location: Pulandian Plant Dalian , Liaoning Please send your resume to Jolin_Zhou@ .
