PQE-过程质量工程师

 

职位描述Job Description：

 

·Establish testing procedures for all motor manufacturing processes

 

为电机生产过程建立检验程序

 

 

 

·Specify mechanical and electronic testing equipment and gauges

 

确定机械和电子检验设备和计量标准

 

 

 

·Assist in the implementation of ISO, CCC certification

 

协助落实ISO和CCC质量保证体系要求

 

 

 

·Assist in the implementation of TQM policies and procedures

 

协助落实全面质量管理政策和程序

 

 

 

·Participate in manufacturing acceptance procedures to include capability studies and qualification

 

参与制造接受程序制定，包括产能研究和认证

 

 

 

·Assist in the development of operator instructions, quality check lists and training aids

 

向操作指导，质量检验和培训提供帮助

 

 

 

·Provide technical assistance to manufacturing and engineering regarding the collection and analysis of quality data

 

 

 

·Assist in the generation and maintenance of complete quality systems

 

对完善质量体系提供帮助

 

 

 

·Handle customer quality complain and take the lead of problem solving.

Requirements：

 

·BSME, BSEE degree or equivalent

 

·Minimum 3 years work experience in high volume manufacturing environment in a quality assurance function

 

2 - 3 years SPC experience

 

·Ability to communicate in English well both in verbal and written form

 

·Good analytical skills

 

·Computer software to include, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

 

·Various quality tools and measuring devices

 

·Expected to work extended hours if required
