We are launching a one-year training program for Fresh Graduates and we believe that you will be the potential Expert of Eyelevel Family in the future!
Our Fresh Graduates Training Program:
Step 1: One-year on job training with mentors in Engineering (3mths), Production (3mths), Operation (3mths) and Account Management (3mths) department separately;
Step 2: Technical Related Test & Performance Assessment from each department is required;
Step 3: Recruit as formal employees if qualified.
Requirements:
1. Major in Poly technical (such as Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Automation, etc.)
2. Self-motivated, confident
3. Organized, efficient, structured, focused and goal oriented
4. Flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Able to learn fast specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc
Software:
o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Languages:
o English – fluent level
o Chinese – native level
Personality traits:
o Open, Honest and Direct
o Stress resistant and able to focus under time pressure
o Empathetic and social person for daily interaction with many people
o Ability to multi-task many things at once without loosing focus and control
